Plaintiff, a probationary teacher employed by defendant, filed a petition in the circuit court of Linn County for a writ of review of proceedings before defendant school board under ORS 342.835(2) relating to its refusal to renew plaintiff’s employment contract. Defendant made a motion to quash the petition for a writ of review. From an order granting that motion and dismissing the petition plaintiff appealed to the Court of Appeals, which affirmed that order. 39 Or App 351, 591 P2d 1198 (1979).
