Defendant has propounded 15 interrogatories to plaintiff. Plaintiff has answered the first and filed objections to the others.

Interrogatories 2, 3, and 4.

These interrogatories seek to obtain information as to the dates upon which the inventions of the patents in suit were made. Discovery is now governed by Rules 26 to 37 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c.
