Plaintiff in the above-captioned case is incarcerated in the United States Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois. Defendants are employees of the United States and hold various positions with the United States Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”). 1 Plaintiff has filed a Complaint against Defendants in their official and individual capacities.
