Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) brought this action to redress alleged violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000 et seq., and of the Equal Pay Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., by the Defendants.
