Plaintiff, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (the “E.E.O.C.”), has instituted two separate actions against the defendant, One Bratenahl Place Condominium Association (“Bratenahl Place”). The first case (case No. C85-3146) alleges that Bratenahl Place constructively discharged Anita Parino, who, it is alleged, was sexually harassed by her supervisor.
