MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
RAMSEY, District Judge.
Before the Court are motions to dismiss filed by defendants Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian) and Arkin, Youngentob, Mitzner, DiPietro & Kopp, Inc. (Arkin). Defendants seek dismissal of all counts of plaintiffs’ complaint alleging claims against them as well as dismissal of plaintiffs’ prayers for extra-contractual and punitive damages. The motions have been fully briefed and responded to and the Court now rules pursuant to Local Rule 6(G) (D.Md.1987). For the reasons stated below, the motions will be denied insofar as they seek…
