Robert E. Slice appeals from a final order entered in the United States District Court 1 for the District of Minnesota dismissing his complaint against Sons of Norway (Norway). Slice v. Sons of Norway, No. 4-92-1233, 1994 WL 742746 (D.Minn. Apr. 13, 1993) (memorandum and order).
