Opinion of the Justices to the Senate

To the Honorable the Senate of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts:

The Justices of the Supreme Judicial Court respectfully submit their answers to the questions set forth in an order adopted by the Senate on March 26, 1986, and transmitted to this court on April 9, 1986, concerning a bill pending in the Senate regulating the management of low-level radioactive waste.
