*608Sections 1 (b), 3, 6, 34 and 37 of House, No. 1612, referred to in the foregoing order, were as follows:
Section 1.(6) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section the word “liquor” of the phrase “intoxicating liquor,” for the purpose of this chapter shall have the meaning defined from time to time by the congress of the United States for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of the eighteenth amendment to the constitution of the United States.
