In this breach of lease action, the defendant Wampus Milford Associates, LLC, 1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a trial to the court, in favor of the plaintiffs Milford Paintball, LLC, (Milford Paintball) and Kathleen Rorick, 2 a member of Milford Paintball.
