INTRODUCTION

I conducted a telephone conference on January 31, 1996. The purpose of the conference was to discuss defendants’ allegation that Mr. Abdallah, a member of the Bars of this Court and of the State of New Jersey, could not prosecute this civil action as he is ineligible to practice law in the State for failure to make payment to the New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection (“the Fund”).
