OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

The question for decision in this appeal by an attorney denied admission to the bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey is whether the district court’s limitation of bar membership to members of the New Jersey bar violates the fifth amendment or federal statute. 1 Find ing no constitutional or statutory violation, we affirm the order of the district court.
