Reversing.

On August 5, 1914, Apperson Plays and wife executed an oil and gas lease covering a tract of 148 acres of land owned 'by Lira, in the usual form. One of the provisions of the lease was that the lessee should commence operations and complete one well on the land within six months, or thereafter pay as rent to the lessor 10 cents an acre yearly, to be paid quarterly in advance until such well was completed.
