Affirming.
This case involves an oil and gas lease on a 300-acre tract of land in Floyd County executed by Jonah Webb and his wife in 1908. The lease came into the hands of the Kentucky-West Virginia Gas Company, an appellee herein, some time after 1927, the time of the institution of this action. The lease was executed for a period of three years, but it was continued from time to time by agreement of the interested parties.
