This action was commenced by Gertrude Rice, as plaintiff, against the city of Sayre, as defendant, in the district court of Beckham county for damages occasioned by the negligent operation of a sanitary sewer system which had its outlet in the vicinity of plaintiff’s home. Defendant filed a demurrer to plaintiff’s original petition which was overruled and defendant answered by general denial to the allegations of negligence and injuries.
