This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Ellis county in favor of the defendant in error, the plaintiff in the ’trial court, against the plaintiff in error, the defendant in the trial court, in replevin for a combine threshing machine, the attachments thereto, and about 900 bushels of wheat. Hereinafter the parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
