This is an action in ejectment commenced in the district court of Comanche county, by the defendants in error, T. R. Keegan and Jay Keegan, as plaintiffs, against A. L. Cornelius, sometimes known as Ardeta L. Cornelius, J. P. Cornelius, Ira E. Cornelius, Nellie M. Cornelius, and F. E. Green, as defendants, for the recovery of possession of a hotel property known as the Keegan Hotel in Lawton.
