This case came before the court for an evidentiary hearing on July 29, 1988 upon a motion filed by individual debentureholders relating to their alleged under-representation upon the existing Official Unsecured Creditors’ Committee (hereinafter “committee” or “creditors’ committee”) in this chapter 11 proceeding.
