Seidman Capital Corporation and Magten Asset Management Corporation seek an order pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 151102(a) and (b) (1984) directing the United States Trustee to appoint a special committee composed of holders of 157/s% Secured Subordinated Debentures (the “Debentures”) issued by Beker Industries Corp. Marine Midland Bank, N.A., the Indenture Trustee, has joined in the motion. The United States Trustee supports the motion.
