James O’Connor (O’Connor) brought a claim against Consolidated Coin Caterers Corporation (Consolidated) pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 621-684 (West 1985 & Supp.1994), contending that Consolidated terminated him because of his age.
