Elizabeth Brinkley appeals the grant of summary judgment in favor of her former employer, Harbour Recreation Club (HRC), on her Title VII, 42 U.S.C.A. §. 2000e-2(a)(l) (West 1994), and Equal Pay Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 206(d) (West 1998), claims.
