1Opinion of the Court

RAKER, Judge.

In this interlocutory appeal by the State, 1 the issue presented is whether the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County erred in granting the defendant’s motion to suppress his statements on the grounds that the statements were in violation of Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 86 S.Ct. 1602, 16 L.Ed.2d 694 (1966) and that the statements were involuntary. This Court issued its Per Curiam Order on February 11, 2004, reversing the Order of the Circuit Court and remanding the matter for trial. 2 State v. Tolbert, 379 Md. 424, 842 A.2d 63 (2004). We now give the reasons for that Order.
