This is an action brought by T. G. Logan, trustee, against Continental Oil Company to recover for water in drilling operations sold from the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section 17, township 9 north, range 7 east, in Seminole county, Okla., during the months of March, April, May, June, and July, 1929.
