This is an appeal from a summary judgment granting title to a condominium to appellees, voiding a purported conveyance of the property to appellant, and denying appellant’s counter motion for summary judgment.

In a prior lawsuit for fraud, violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (“DTPA”), and a request for imposition of a constructive trust on certain specifically described real property, the court found that appellees were entitled to a constructive trust against International Equipment and Financial Services, Inc.
