MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER ON PENDING MOTIONS

This matter is before the Court on Defendant Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (“FDIC”)1 motions to dismiss or transfer. Defendant FDIC has filed two motions in its corporate capacity (“FDIC-*1328C”) and one motion in its capacity as receiver (“FDIC-R”) for Advanta Bank Corporation (“Advanta”).2 For the reasons discussed more fully below, the Court will deny Defendants’ motions. to dismiss or transfer and will stay this matter pending resolution of the parties’ claims before the United States District Court for the…
