MEMORANDUM OPINION

Pending before the Court is Defendant Branch Banking and Trust Company’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Complaint, or, in the Alternative, Motion for Summary Judgment, Doc. No. 16, Defendant’s Motion to Strike Jury Demand, Doc. No. 17, and Plaintiffs’ Motion to Stay Proceedings, Doc. No. 19. The Court has reviewed the record and concludes that no hearing is necessary.
