This case comes before us on the reports and recommendations of the Hearing Board and the Review Board. Respondent, Nicholas Alexander Cetwinski, was charged by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission in a five-count complaint with violating provisions of the Illinois Code of Professional Responsibility.
