This case is before us on appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County granting summary judgment in favor of the Board of Education of Baltimore County (“the Board”), appellee. The questions presented on appeal involve whether the Board was entitled to apply ordinary disability retirement benefits owed to Marcee Zakwieia (“Claimant”), appellant, as a credit to workers’ compensation benefits also owed to her.
