OPINION
LARSEN, Justice.
This appeal involves summary judgment in a medical malpractice ease. Defendants radiologist and treating gynecologist filed their motions for summary judgment, both of which were granted by the trial court. Plaintiffs Veena Chopra and her husband Bharatraj Chopra appeal. We reverse and remand for trial on the merits.
FACTS
