By permission of this court, there was filed by the attorney g'eneral a petition entitled “The People of the State of Colorado, on the relation of Elias M. Ammons, as governor of the State of Colorado, v. Roady Kenehan, as auditor of state” for an original writ of mandamus. Upon the filing of the petition, an order was made for the issuance of an alternative writ directed to the auditor.
