BEAMER, District Judge.
This is an appeal from the Northern District of Illinois involving claims of trademark infringement and invalidity, unfair competition and antitrust violation and counterclaims based on similar charges. The central question before the Court is the validity of defendant-appel-lee’s “ALO-” trade names, and plaintiff-appellant’s alleged infringement thereof.
