The plaintiff, Lisa Bruno, appeals from the summary judgment of the trial court holding that her claims against the defendants, Dalton Greiner Hartman Maher & Company, LLC (Dalton), Boston Private Financial Holdings, Inc. (Boston Financial), and Bruce Geller, co-president and chief executive officer of Dalton, were barred by the doctrine of collateral estoppel.
