An importation of brass aerators was classified by the collector of customs as “Articles nspf, partly or wholly manufactured, not plated with platinum, gold or silver, and not colored with gold lacquer, * * * Wholly or in chief value of metal other than gold, lead, platinum, silver, tin, and tin plate: * * ” in paragraph 397 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. § 1001, par. *249397), as modified by tbe Sixth Protocol of Supplementary Concessions to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, 91 Treas.
