This suit was instituted by the plaintiffs for the purpose of quieting title in themselves to cer tain real property in Washington county, described as lots 4, 7, 8, 23 and 24, McGill Acres. Each lot comprises one acre of land. They lie contiguous to each other, forming an L-shaped tract. Lot 4 comprises the foot of the L and projects into a small farm which is owned by plaintiffs. The complaint alleges that plaintiffs, for more than ten years prior to the commencement of the suit, have been “in actual, open, visible, notorious, exclusive and hostile possession, continuously,” of said land,…
