Reversing.

This'is an appeal from the judgment of the Breathitt Circuit Court awarding to appellee, M. S. Crain, damages against the appellant, Louisville Packing Company, in the sum of $1,215.69, for breach o-f contract for the sale by appellant to appellee of 100,000 pounds -of side meat of a certain quality, and 30,000 pounds of lard. The memorandum evidencing this -contract .was executed in duplicate on January 10, 1908.
