WOODS, District Judge.

The defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment is now before the Court in this Social Security ease. The plaintiff’s Motion to Remand and Amended Motion to Remand are also before the Court. In considering the defendant’s motion, the Court must determine whether substantial evidence exists to support the final decision of the Secretary denying disability insurance benefits to the plaintiff. 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
