Plaintiff Pamela Criner (“Plaintiff’) brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (the “SSA”) denying her application for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) under the Social Security Act (the “Act”). Before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment or Remand, and Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
