FLANAGAN, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the court on the parties’ cross-motions for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c). [DE #’s 7 & 13]. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1), United States Magistrate Judge Christina L. Demory entered a memorandum recommending that the court deny plaintiffs motion, grant defendant’s motion, and uphold the Commissioner’s decision denying benefits.
