MORRIS, Judge.
Defendant’s first assignment of error is that the court erred in overruling defendant’s objection to the testimony of Trooper H. M. Bullock as to statements made to the witness by the defendant, for want of proof on behalf of the State that such was the result of an intelligent waiver of the constitutional rights of the defendant.
