Defendant-Appellant Emanuel Turner appeals from his Superior Court convictions at a bench trial for assault second degree, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony (“PFDCF”) and possession of a firearm by a person prohibited (“PFPP”). Turner raises two arguments on appeal. First, he contends that his rights to effective assistance of counsel and a fair trial were violated when the Superior Court Judge left the bench during Turner’s closing argument.
