This case is before the court on a petition for review by the defendant, Timothy A. Vennemann, of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals, dated October 27, 1992, which affirmed a judgment and order of the circuit court for Burnett County, James H. Taylor, Circuit Judge. At trial, Vennemann was convicted of being party to the crimes of armed burglary, burglary, felony theft, criminal damage to property, and misdemeanor theft and was sentenced to an aggregate term of ten years in prison.
