This appeal is from the decision of the Board of Appeals affirming the examiner's rejection of product claims 1 and 5 in appellants’ application1 for “Piperazine Sulfonamides.”

The invention relates to the compound piperazine-N :N'-disulfonamide of the formula

The primary issue before us is the sufficiency under 35 U.S.C. § 112 of the disclosure in appellants' specification of the manner and process of using that compound.
