MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER

MUNSON, Chief Judge.

Defendant Hermann Pfauter GmbH & Company (“HPG”) has moved pursuant to Rule 26(c), Fed.R.Civ.P., for a protective order requiring plaintiffs to serve their interrogatories directed at HPG in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Hague Convention on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters, opened for signature, March 18, 1970, 23 U.S.T. 2555, T.I.A.S. No. 7444 (reprinted at 28 U.S.C. § 1781 note) (“Hague Convention” or “Convention”). Plaintiffs wish to proceed under Rule 33 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.…
