Defendants appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, convicting them of the crimes of robbery in the first degree and assault in the second degree, upon the verdict of a jury, and from the sentences imposed thereunder. Judgment reversed on the law, indictment dismissed as to defendant Lee, and a new trial granted as to defendants Sarra and McCarthy. The evidence was insufficient to establish the defendant Lee’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
