A verified written accusation was filed with the state board of dental examiners, charging petitioner with unprofessional conduct. After a formal hearing the board found petitioner guilty of aiding and abetting an unlicensed person to practice dentistry unlawfully, and suspended his license for five years. Petitioner sought to test the legality of his trial and conviction upon a writ of review issued in the superior court.
