OPINION
QUIST, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Countrywide Funding Corporation and Countrywide Credit Industries, Inc. brought this trademark infringement action against defendants Countrywide Financial Corporation, Countryside Financial Corporation, and Ronald Reblin. Plaintiffs moved for summary judgment on April 8,1994. Defendants did not file a response to the motion until June 9, 1994. In the response, defendants essentially conceded plaintiffs’ claim to the trademark.
