Westye Monson recovered a lump sum jfidgment under the workmen’s compensation act against A. C. Battelle. An appeal was taken, pending which a revivor was ordered by this court in the name of Elizabeth Appleros, to whom an assignment of the judgment had been executed by the plaintiff, and who is the administratrix of his estate.
