ASHBY, J.

Plaintiff appeals from a judgment after the granting of defendants’ motion for a judgment on the pleadings awarding plaintiff (appellant) damages of $50. The facts are not in dispute. For purposes of defendants’ motion for judgment on the pleadings, the factual allegations in appellant’s complaint are deemed to be true. The following is an outline of the facts alleged in the complaint.
