Claimant seeks review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Board (board) upholding a permanent partial disability (PPD) award for claimant’s accepted wrist injury that did not include an award for loss of range of motion. Claimant contends that the board erred in not awarding benefits for the loss of range of motion for his wrists based on findings made by a medical arbiter under OAR, 436-035-0007(12).
