COOK, Judge:

Charged with attempted robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery, in violation of Articles 80 and 81, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 880 and 881, respectively, appellee was convicted, pursuant to his pleas, of aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit robbery, in violation of Articles 128 and 81, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 928 and 881, respectively. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 2 years, and reduction to the grade of E-l.
